Mrs. Hinsley is a garden designer. She explained how she designs a garden to meet the customers needs.These usually include relaxation, eating out, growing herbs, fruit and vevetables, storage, recreation or playing, encouraging wildlife and even drying the washing!
She considers which surfaces are flat and suitable for paving or decking, where the sun shines in, what needs to be sheltered or near the house and which are not so pretty and need to be hidden away!
We were very impressed at how Mrs Hinsley recycles water and creates her own compost to feed back into the earth.
We think Mrs Hinsley has done a great job on her garden!
